The sitting room opens directly onto the terrace via French doors, with bi-fold doors leading into the conservatory. Unwind on the comfy sofas with a book, board game, or glass of wine, enjoy the wood-burning stove on cooler evenings, or settle in with the Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
The conservatory offers an extra sunny seating area and is a lovely place to relax even on cooler days year-round when the sun is out.
Upstairs
Three bedrooms — one king and one double, both with far reaching sea views plus one twin, served by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
There is a travel cot available but please bring your own bedding for the cot.
Outside
The south-facing garden is a real highlight, with several seating areas for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks. A bench at the top of the garden offers sea glimpses, while a further patio to the rear is perfect for catching the late-afternoon sun. Sheltered, beautifully cared for and fully enclosed, the garden is safe and secure for both children and dogs, making it a delight in every season.
A lean-to shed provides an electric BBQ and secure storage for bikes and surfboards etc.
The untethered EV charger is located in the parking area. 7KW/h. Just plug in, scan, pay, charge, then explore!
